“I teach in way that spans different styles and attach great importance to clear and anatomically correct instructions. For me it is important to create a relaxed atmosphere in the training without pressure to perform.” (Sonja Schmidlehner)
In the first half of training, after a sequence of warm-ups, attention will be paid to breathing. Uddiyana bandha focuses and in exercising, even in demanding asanas, does not permit us to go too far beyond our boundaries. Karanas (movement sequences) follow a variation of sun greetings, which open the body in all directions. After selected asanas the lesson closes with savasana.
