Live audio description

In cooperation with Theater4all, Tanzquartier Wien offers live audio descriptions for selected events. Live audio descriptions are a special kind of visual description and specifically address the needs of blind and visually impaired persons. The mission of Theater4all’s audio description project is to make theatre accessible for blind and visually impaired persons. Experienced Audio2 commentators observe the live events on stage and create a commentary of vivid descriptions for listeners. All events with live audio description are labelled accordingly in our programme.

In order to listen to the live audio description, we ask you to bring your own FM radio receiver (96.4 MHz)
and headphones.
