Because you remind me of you & All along, the x-axis
The author and artist Miriam Stoney will create the new installation at the Performance Passage. All along, the x-axis is the title of Stoney’s graphic landscape of a possible autobiography, divided into seven light boxes. Categories of knowledge, experience and identification appear along an x-axis, perhaps representing something like ‘quality time’ or some other variable through which life could be fitted into a narrative. Accompanying the installation is a publication that can be purchased at the on-site vending machine.
On the occasion of the opening, Stoney also invites the audience to the second edition of Because you remind me of you – a series of performative readings with guests.
