Love’s Conversation is Dance: Artist Efva Lilja will present her practice. ‘For four years, I’ve worked with a concept I call the technologies of listening and the practice of thinking. I listen out the movement. Choreography becomes a survival strategy and dance a resistance stance, a poem of life and the voice of love. In this conversation, I would like to share my practice as dance, images and words.’
Sergio Patricio will discuss his article Time Obstructor – A Milestones Observatory. It presents several ideas about time as a perception of reality and how once added to a model of perception in action art, it could be obstructed by some factors called ‘time obstructors’, thus making it possible for new observations about the process, mechanisms of creation of the ‘here and now’ and their structures in ‘real-time’.
is an unconventional artist who uses choreography to form a reality where everyday events and actions are transformed and given new expressions. Her works have been shown in some forty countries, and her books and articles have been translated into several languages.
