Austrian premiere to be held in April already
Some good news as we start into the new year: the Austrian premiere of Florentina Holzinger’s acclaimed latest piece Ophelia’s Got Talent will take place earlier than scheduled. The Tanzquartier Wien production can now be shown from 17 to 19 April in addition to the already communicated performances planned for October. This has been made possible by a change in the performance schedule of the Volkstheater.
Tickets for the three April shows will be available exclusively through the TQW from 11 March.

Fluctuation, reflection, reproduction, healing and violence: in Florentina Holzinger’s Ophelia’s Got Talent, a multidisciplinary ensemble of several generations humorously explores the cultural-historical phenomenon of women in and underwater. Thus, the stage becomes wet terrain: in the swimming pool, swamp and mire, Ophelia’s heirs prepare for the inevitable. Read more here
