The season kicks off with Florentina Holzinger and her take on the cult of beauty inherent in dance tradition. In her biggest production so far, Doris Uhlich stages 120 naked bodies in Halle E. DD Dorvillier & Zeena Parkins translate the score of a Beethoven string quartet into dance movement. Together with Indonesian artist Jompet Kuswidananto, Meg Stuart embarks on an exploratory journey into a world of light and movement, inhabited by the ghosts of the past. And TQW regular Jefta van Dinther creates in his new piece spherical memories of temporally indefinite rituals.
