Ballet Techniques – Easy Friday
This class is designed to ease into the weekend—offering an engaging end to the week. With a focus on breath, anatomical safety, spatial awareness, musicality, and the use of imagery and basic biomechanics, the class supports a grounded and enjoyable experience, allowing space for individual adaptation and exploration. Most importantly, I strive to create an environment in which each dancer can discover, explore, and develop the art within themselves through movement.
graduated from the Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance and worked as a dancer in theatres in Germany and Portugal. In addition to her teaching qualifications, she holds a certificate in Dance Medicine from the tamed.eV, an MAS in Dance Science and an M.Sc. in Dance Science.
