Ballet Techniques
This class focuses on anatomically correct execution, spatial tension, musicality, implementation of imagery and basic biomechanics. The most important aspect for me is that I create an environment where each dancer, through dance, can discover, explore, and develop the art within themselves.
Saskia Tindle
graduated from the Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance and worked as a dancer in theatres in Germany and Portugal. In addition to her teaching qualifications, she holds a certificate in Dance Medicine from the tamed.eV, an MAS in Dance Science and an M.Sc. in Dance Science.
