The class focus is anatomically correct execution, spatial tension, musicality, implementation of imagery and basic biomechanics. The most important aspect for me is that I create an environment where each dancer, through dance, can discover, explore, and develop the art within themselves.
graduated from the Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance and worked as a dancer in theatres in Germany and Portugal. In addition to her teaching qualifications, she holds a certificate in Dance Medicine from the tamed.eV, an MAS in Dance Science and an M.Sc. in Dance Science.
