Being moved: Ground&Flow

For those who want to dive deeper into states of being moved, I offer the ‘Being moved workshop’. This is a continuation of the training and focuses mainly on connection and interaction. Here, we will experiment with finding stability and our personal anchor to activate our voice, breath, and movement – as keys to embodiment, free-flowing expression, transformation and empowered interaction. We will try and find our individual entry point to states of being moved and observe how they work on an individual and collective level: how to be moved by myself, with a partner and as a group. Furthermore, we will explore how being moved can be integrated into our daily lives.

We will discover how these states can only be achieved through empowerment, how they arise from deep inside (by themselves, without music or formal practices) as well as through formal practices like shaking, whirling, laughing, screaming and silence. I offer you the chance to discover a practice that flows between drawing, writing, dancing, using your voice and dialogue, and therefore moves back and forth between activation and integration. The underlying motive is to get in contact with myself, to transform what needs to be transformed in order to interact with others, and … to celebrate these connections while also slipping into relaxed modes of ‘there’s nothing to do’.
