Being Moved: The Art of Celebration
Being Moved by what the body wants to teach me right now.
Being Moved by what I need in this moment.
Being Moved by joy, celebration and connection.
This training offers to enter the states of Being Moved (flow state) by the power of celebration and the reconnection to joy. It’s a hosted dancefloor that dives into being moved by different qualities and forms of celebration (celebrating joy, sadness, anger, silence, music, etc.). The art of celebration is a perfect start to the day. It contains the possibility to digest information from the past, find your inner resources, discover your personal warm-up for the day (emotionally, physically, and mentally) and get in contact with yourself so you are ready to meet others. Celebrating may sound like we need to DO a lot or be very active. But in fact, this training aims to prioritise your self-celebration, staying in contact with your personal playlist – with what your body needs at this moment. Relaxing into ‘there is nothing to do’ can be the best party you’ve ever been to!
