Being moved: The art of celebration

Party and celebration? What is that? I guess, after so many months of living through the pandemic, most of us have realized how important it is to bring back moments of inner freedom by being moved on a good dancefloor.

This training will help you enter a state of being moved through the power of celebration. This practice is the result of the online Ecstatic Body Floor, which I have hosted every Friday since the beginning of the pandemic. Essentially, this training is a dancefloor that dives into different qualities and forms of celebration and how they move us (joy, sadness, anger, silence, music, coffee). It’s the perfect way to start the day. Digesting information, discovering my personal warm-up or preparing for the day (emotionally, physically, and mentally) and getting in contact with myself so I’m ready to meet others. Celebrating may sound like we need to DO a lot or be very active. But, in fact, this training aims to place special emphasis on self-celebration. Training to stay in contact with my personal playlist – with what my body needs at this moment. Relaxing into a state of ‘there’s nothing to do’ can be the best party you’ve ever been to!
