Body-Mind Centering®

Online Training

We will engage with our body and its vital materiality using the somatic approach of Body-Mind Centering®. We will combine anatomical and physiological knowledge gained through medical imagery, palpation, movement and awareness practices to approach different zones of knowledge and non-knowledge in our bodies. Body-Mind Centering uses scientific research as a point of departure and offers ranges of phenomenological knowledge that in many cases science has no pathway to. How can we allow our somatic thinking to help us perceive more of the whole scale of the sensitivities and intelligences within us, the human and non-human, the transforming spaces, the before and after?
