Breathing in Breathing out
Breathing in Breathing out is a series of after-work (or mid-work) meditation sessions with Elke Van Campenhout (Elle Monk) from Brussels. Every session takes an hour: 30 minutes of breathing and active movement to open the body and let go of tension. Through breathing and gently contorting the body, we open up headspace and body connection, which will be beneficial to go deeper into the sitting. After that, we go into a 30 minutes ‘just’sitting’ meditation. The sessions are open to beginners in meditation, and if you want some support for your practice, there is time for individual questions afterwards.
