connect & care
This is an invitation into a mindful space as a blend of movement and care. I will facilitate movements and postures to stabilize, ground and nourish peaceful resilience. We will invest in regenerating practices to ease mental & emotional stress in the interplay of Yoga positions and their modifications. Often, but not always the flow of the sequence is slowed down to unfold curiosity for the here&now. We practice calm sensibility towards the movements of the breath and awareness towards oneself in order to connect to one’s own rhythms. A set of physical and energetic alignment principles offer to fuel our intentions and engage with manifold senses of empowerment and community.
Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga is a transformative style of Yoga founded by Sadie Nardini, based on the teaching of Lesly Kaminoff in the tradition T.K.V. Desikachar. It is a deep and mindful investigation of breath related wave-like movements with relaxed musculature. By softening the external body, deep internal muscles can be activated, so that motion occurs with more ease and joy, always relating to the core body as an supportive system in all our activities.
