Contemporary Training

Zoë Schreckenberg, TQW scholarship artist 2018, hosts a 3-day-training: The training offers tools to gain a body condition and mind-set in order to react in movement situations. Exercises for coordination, strength, balance, reactions and mobility will help the participants to support their abilities and to adapt to new circumstances. Each class consists of different movement situations that can be seen as a game to play, a workout to train or a conflict to solve. The training is part of a research that explores behaviours, condition of body and mind in physically and mentally demanding conflict and stress situations.
