This training runs from 19 September till 19 December 2018 and from 9 January till 27 February 2019.

The class proposes a training in sensibility as a means to unwind patterns, to restructure behavioural, physical and muscular patterns and to distance ourselves from our habits in order to create alternatives. In these verbally guided lessons curiosity is being evoked through surprising movement combinations, skills of an inner dialogue and playful problem-solving are being facilitated. The lessons help you to acquire more fluidity in your movements, awareness, stability and strength. You will be able to translate these qualities into your dance practice.
