This warm-up class has been developed over the years parallel to Alexander Gottfarb’s dance and choreographic work. It focuses on breathing, circular movements and repetition, all in a simple structure that enables participants to concentrate on the execution of the movements. The exercises have been collected and developed for the purpose of preparing the body for a rehearsal day, regardless of what might come. However, it is also suitable as a form of training for dancers during “in-the-office” periods spent in front of the laptop. The intensity can be individually adapted according to the daily state of the body and the environment it will act in. If you want to sweat, you will!
