In this “living room” workshop we will take a closer look at natural forms of movement such as the locomotion of animals and babies. The goal is to combine hybrid movement fields (parkour, dance and sport) and to discover and decode our forgotten deep-seated movement knowledge at home. Adapting the movement to home obstacles like chair, couch, table.
