Contemporary Flow
Based on such fundamental elements of contemporary dance as rebound, slide, suspension and impulse, the aim of this training will be to work on extensive and dynamic choreographies, which will also help with finding one’s own individual expression. Set movement sequences that focus on anatomic precision will be followed by improvisation exercises that call for spontaneity. Our spinal column and its circular movement radius will play an important role in transitional movement sequences and challenging floor work. Music will also be an integral part of this training, as its rhythm and musicality motivates and inspires dance-technical movement sequences.
