Morning Practice

My artistic practice is a combination of Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga®, a mindful and invigorating yoga style to give me structure and connect me to my core; movement explorations to experience the (bewildered) different physical flows and rebounces; and free writing / drawing to get in touch with the poetics and science / fiction of our expanded dreams. During this morning practice, we will weave these elements to trace and speculate with manifold becomings and multispecies connections. Therefore the liquidity of our body-minds in regard to waves, contraction, expansion, retreat – relate – response – react will be explored towards oneself and the others.

The practice is related to the workshop. It is therefore recommended to attend them together
