Morning Practice
In our morning practice, we will focus on preparing technically and emotionally for the rest of the day. The class will be structured by dance phrases emphasising different qualities and dynamics. To harmonise our body and mind, we will be supported by young violoncellist Anna Štěpánová. She will share her musicality and feelings and lead us through the class to open our romantic hearts and souls.
How to work soft and gently but stay powerful? How to open our body and our cells through music? How to respect phrasing but feel free in it? How to listen to the melodies, feel them and share them with other dancers and the space around me? We will try to answer those questions for ourselves, or maybe the answers will stay floating with the violin sound.
