Muscular Conscience

What is proposed in this morning practice are different actions/exercises, to develop from consciousness a material that leads to the succession of movements through space without letting the judgment intervene in the realization of the movement. In my years as a pedagogue, I see more and more how the dancer is in an internal search for what we could call “personal movement”.

For each individual there is a whole universe, his*her universe. For this reason, during the workshop we will go through small brushstrokes of theatre and interpretation in order to be able to disinhibit ourselves more and acquire a state which is reflected only through movement, and not through an aesthetic or a superficiality that does not generate any kind of emotion.
