Morning Practice
My one-hour morning practice is targeted to prepare the body to arrive at a state where we have more direct access to our imagination and movement potential.
In the first half of the practice (25 min), we’ll move through a body routine accompanied by my favourite music of the day. In the second half (25 min), I’ll use various kinds of inspiring and confusing audio-lecture material (sometimes from Physics, sometimes from Philosophy) as a background for a closed-eyes movement improvisation.
Open your body and your mind will follow.
