Releasing

In a creative process, fostered by sets of images, we search an active stage of releasing tension and realign ourselves with the forces of nature. We learn to keep our body parts and breath autonomous during challenging movement experiments. Through the material we learn how to move from an empty body and then, using a verity of image sets to improvise from within and often reach a deep state of relaxation. Being able to see into the body will give us a broad base for improvisation.
