This training runs from 11 till 15 March 2019.
While analyzing the relationship between the mind and the body, we will ride the thin line between losing control and holding control. We will use different improvisational channels and tasks to explore the endless possibilities our bodies can move through, pushing our movement further until finding comfort on the floor, standing, in mid space. Deviating, recreating, disorganizing, controlling, rediscovering, surviving through, obsessing over: we will reimagine how gravity can affect us. Technique will arise from our goal: to push our physical imagination so our bodies can arrive in the most distorted places, and our minds can master them. And vice versa. We will fail together, and that is ok.
