The Body Crystalline

This morning class will be about investigating deeper levels of movement in space and time through slowness and stillness via modes of breath and/or vocal stimulation. We’ll be awakening interior pathways to assist in exploring new sensations and experiencing the fluid body within the space around us. Through observing and tracking these interior shifts, we reimagine ways of seeing, being and shaping the external landscape of the body.

All levels and disciplines welcomed.
