Workshop

In three parts, this workshop will give the chance to have an in-depth look at the Morning Practice material. We will explore different body languages and materials and their compositional strategies. We will take the time to develop, observe, describe and share our movement material.

The workshop builds on the information provided in the Morning Practice. It is therefore recommended to attend it before the workshop.
