This workshop takes place on 29 and 30 May 2019.

Yoggaton (yoga & reggaeton) is a movement practice that aims to work at a physical, spiritual, mental and emotional level through a series of exercises that combines yoga asanas, spirituality, fitness, guided meditation exercises, and finally perreo which is a dance that goes along with reggaeton and is similar to twerk. Yoggaton offers the possibility of an intense aerobic workout as well as the possibility of working on self-healing and self-empowerment through the development of consciousness and physical strength, pleasure and sensuality. For this workshop both practical and theoretical materials of the practice will be extensively shared. As part of the workshop there will be a showing at S_P_I_T_ – Queer Performance Festival Vienna.
